Executive Chef

Marcello Corrado was born in Naples in 1979, and soon after joining our restaurant, he made his mark. Under his leadership, in November 2017, Perillà gained its first prestigious Michelin Star.

His creative and well-researched food takes our guests on a gastronomic journey that focuses on a deep respect for his ingredients and seasonal produce, where a modern approach blends with thorough knowledge of the territory.
