The Osteria Perillà reopening will take place with a menu dedicated to wine lovers and experts who will be in Montalcino to participate in the Benvenuto Brunello 2020 festival.

For five days (February 20-24 2020) it will be possible to taste four different types of menus:

Pigeon breast tartare, smoked beetroot and ganache of its liver

Foie gras expression of the season

Homemade cappelletti pasta filled with parmesan cheese “Vacche Rosse” 48 months aged, with yellow pumpkin

Pasta and potatoes!!!

Wild hare in “Dolceforte” sauce!!!

Ricotta with sheep's milk cheese, pistachio, olives and caramel scented with thyme

 

Artichoke, almost Roman-style, its extract scented on the grill and raw red prawns

Cuttlefish, seaweed and winter leaves

Slow cooked cod at 60 ° with tubers and roots

Homemade plin pasta filled with lobster in backyard hen's stock flavoured with orange

Maccheroncini homemade pasta “Senatore Cappelli Podere Forte" amatriciana style

Wild turbot, burnt miso, salsify and soft mousse of clams

Pear, gorgonzola cheese and tonka bean
